Our centralized accounting is based on the AH&LA Uniform System of Accounting for hotels with appropriate chart of accounts, operating budgets, and cash flow guidelines. The budgeting process dives deeper into historical operation trends and takes into consideration changes in the market segmentation mix. We incorporate effects of foreseeable economic patterns, employment trends, new demand generators, changes in room supply and owner desired profits.
